I’ve been doing well in the morning and afternoon with food, but crave sweets and carbs in the evening. Any suggestions?

How about flavored nonfat Greek yogurt or fruit smoothie?

Often it helps me to pre-log something sweet in the evening to make sure I still have calories left. I used to buy little pudding snack packs (Alpro Dark Chocolate), I don't know if they're available in the US. They weren't terribly high in calories and rather satisfying.

Skinny Cow Ice cream. There are tons of treats available, and they are so yummie! Or sugar free pudding or jello!

@DaniMerc72 I wish they sold these where I live. And man, would I LOVE to try Halo Top or whatever it's called...

Halo top is awesome. I have it at least 3 days a week. Tried skinny cow for the first time tonight and it was really good too.
