I'll take that over the Christmas period, back to my normal routine now so hoping for a drop off once water retention settles from New Year's rowing.4 -

I'm back... I took a break from logging and gained as I expected. I did weigh everyday and checked in at MFP community threads occasionally..
I had someone ask me over the last week when we were talking about weight, diet, exercise, etc. that since I had been doing MFP for a while couldn't I gauge what a serving size was? I told her that I could maybe come close but, if the package said 10 chips - I'd take 15. So, weighing was the most honest for me because if I truly want 15 chips - I'll weigh then and input the weight and get the accurate calories. The 5lbs I gained over the last month was mainly due to snacking and Christmas goodies.

I was doing so well for about 3 months then the holidays happened. I thought I had done worse than what the scale showed this morning, so I will take that as a mini-win, despite the 10 pound gain during Nov/Dec. Overall I am still down from where I was a year ago and I know how to get myself back on track. As of last night, meal prepping is back on and honest logging here. Let's see how this year goes!5 -
