Getting on track

Hi. I've been a vegan since last spring, but this is my first time trying to lose weight since I have been eating this way. I back up to close to my highest weight that I've been in year's. Really looking forward to feeling better in my body. I'd love some like eating friends!

Hi There! I lost a large amount of weight going veggie about 8 years ago and ended up gaining nearly 30 pounds of it back in 2016 when I decided to reintroduce a few things into my diet for about 6 months. Since July 2017 I've lost around 40 pounds going strict veg once again and I'm here to stay. I'm nearly 10 pounds away from my goal weight, well a number that I would like to achieve. Please feel free to add me, my diary is open.

Hello! I'm also ready to get back on track. Was close to goal weight over the summer but started sliding back into making bad choices. Swore it wouldnt happen again but it did. Too much processed vegan junk food. Trying to lose about 15 pounds and get back to meal planning. Would love to share motivation, recipes and tips with others .

Hey, I had been maintaining well but just fallen off the wagon having moved house and changed jobs and then holiday season! Also looking for some food / accountability / motivation friends.

    Hi all,
I've done Weight Watchers, did a trial of Noom and now doing MFP. I would love some accountability friends as well as great recipe ideas. Been vegan for 6 yrs, but gee, french fries, and potato chips, etc are vegan and Miyokos cheese is so yummy... So, I need to get to eat more whole foods meals (that my family would like too - they're also vegan).
I've haven't joined a group before, how is this done?
