How did your weekend go?

    Did pretty well this weekend! We went out to lunch while our dog was getting groomed but ate fairly healthily. Didn’t drink anything during any games, which was rough. Limited snacking to what roughly fit in my calorie allotment.

    Going to keep going through the week. We are doing an overnight trip to Charleston Saturday-Sunday, which I’m anticipating will throw me off track, honestly. But I can be good up to that point and get right back into it afterward starting with Sunday dinner!

    Ravens Game was not kind to me. Drank and ate wayyyyy too much! Feel kind of guilty but have to leave it in the past. Going on Vacation this week and I think eating healthy will be a challenge so I'm going to focus on portion sizes. Hopefully that will help

    I'm not entirely sure how to quantify the work I do as a workout, since I'm on my feet for 9 hours and walking around with heavy boots on. Three hours of slow walking seems sort of right.
