    I am just getting started officially on THM. My family mostly eats what I cook, but I cannot say they will be on plan. So, I am hoping for some accountability with others on this same journey.

    Hello all! I’ve been lurking for years and finally started the plan about 3 weeks ago. Going good and now ready to move! Started walking this week and bought the Workins on yesterday’s THM sale! Anyone else have them?
