Varying Almond Flour Nutrition

Have you guys noticed very different nutrition info across brands for almond flour? I went to buy more and was surprised, even checking the ingredient list for additives that could be a culprit.
Even the brand I had previously has changed their info!
This leaves me a little torn. I do go by weight but even that varies across brands and truthfully I don't know if I even trust it (especially with certain other foods like mussels and chicken wings).

Nutrition labels are notoriously inaccurate anyway, and no one even checks most of them. The law allows something like up to 20% error. Then there are rounding rules, which introduce more uncertainty.

So, the best idea is to be cautious with things that have carbs. If I was still eating those foods, I would seek out the most pessimistic information or use the USDA database.1 -

Looks like the information per 100 grams is:
Energy kcal 571
Protein g 21.43
Total lipid (fat) g 50.00
Carbohydrate, by difference g 21.43
Fiber, total dietary g 10.7
Sugars, total g 3.570 -

I try to allow extra carbs for these kinds of reasons but sometimes the labels are so wildly different.0 -

It shows how badly some products can be mislabelled and how no one is really checking. Even when someone does test the product and finds the label to be massively out of compliance, nothing really happens. It is one reason I do my best to avoid processed foods. And, I when I used to eat stuff with carbs, I would look for single-ingredient foods and look the nutrition information up separately. Then I would make my own stuff at home. Much like buying almond flour instead of something made from almond flour already.2
