    Back from vacation, didn't gain all that much at all surprisingly but I believe that's because snacking and sweets is usually the main culprit for me, and didn't so much of that over the long weekend.
    Back on track now, trying to stick with lean meats and low carbs. Lots of turkey and chicken in the future. Think I'm gonna meal prep some turkey chili and chicken taco bowls with cauliflower rice.
    I did learn that they sell frozen cauliflower rice at most grocery stores, which I never really thought about. It's like half the calories of normal rice. Not sure how it tastes but it could be a regular ingredient if it tastes half good
