Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 3 mile run this morning and super active day at work -- I'm over 20,000 steps!!!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and ended under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@RangerRickL This group has been so motivating and inspiring for me! It was exactly what I needed to get back on track after the holidays. Knowing I need to post every evening and the goal of the Winner's Circle honestly keeps me from making bad choices. I will definitely be sticking with UAC for the long-haul!7 -

@corriepelc and @BonnieHosk85 Thanks for the thanks! I needed a great accountability team and everyone on UAC needs one too. I have to show-up or I will fail you. It's easy for me to let myself fail, but it's almost impossible for me to allow me to fail you. I do screw up from time to time and open the wrong discussion or just boot it.
This month's NSV posts are so encouraging to read.

I had a really good day.
Exercise: 20 minutes at 4mph with 3 short 6 mph intervals; active stretching 30 minutes; 200 skips to finish the set

Yes x3. 30 mins Pilates and handstand practice. I’m noticing an improvement in my balance. That gives me the motivation to keep with it! I really want to conquer this move. I was in gymnastics as a kid and have always been comfortable kicking up into handstands and doing cartwheels. But I’ve never had the core strength or technique to actually hold a handstand. This is my year!5

How can I be so stupid I get up at 04.50 am to get a 7 mile walk in before work then I emotionally over eat to the tune of 237 calories over my allowance ~ so disappointed in myself this makes it the 3rd pass day for me
Don't beat yourself up over this. Stay positive. I am sure you will be back on track tomorrow (actually today because I am checking in late). The important thing is to bounce back.2 -

Pass day 2. Thus days are turning out to be danger days for me. Yesterday was really over Calories and I skipped the gym. I did ride, so not a total wipe out.
The.trigger this time ... difficult time sleeping both Tues and Wed nights (different reasons). Bevomjng overly tired is always problematic.
Managing sleep as best I can tonight. Expect to be back on track today.5 -
@jan110144 not enough sleep is a huge issue for me too. All of a sudden everything is so much more effort, and I don't always have enough energy to give.
