Getting started - Day 1 struggle

So today is day one doing keto for me. I thought i did my research. Bought the recommended grocery list. But I have a few questions that ive stumble with in the half a day doing this.

A - bought greek yogurt. Label didnt show carbs. knew there should be some but assumed low, until i put it into mfp and under nutition tab shows there is 12. Thats a tamper. What percentage MF greek yogurt should i be eating?

I have seen some fb posts in keto groups about having the "keto *kitten*" and this is terrifying being someone who walks/takes the bus to work aha is this because of them adding certain oils or how can I prevent this?

I am use to skim milk. Today I added cream to my coffee (from work cafeteria) but have no way of knowing what percent it was, and finding the heaviness to it making me feel even more bloated and gross. Will this go away? or is there any other alternatives? (black isnt an option)

Any other tips would be greatly appricated. Has anyone done low carbs, keto to lose a bunch, then back to low carbs and able to maintain the weight loss?

your label should show carbs and sugar. I no longer eat greek yogurt due to it's sugar and carb content.

I've never heard of the keto kitten so I'm not sure what that is exactly. Are you talking about sudden bowl movements? If so don't use MCT oils unless you don't need to leave the house or you have a rest room near by.

No more skim milk. Honestly no more whole milk either.. either heavy whipping cream or another alternative. If anything I'd make sure you're using 1/2 and 1/2 but make sure you're tracking the carbs. Coconut cream is a great creamer for coffee too.

Day 1 is day 1...it's hard. It's a new way of life but if you stay the course you never have to experience this day again.

Prep and plan is the biggest tip of advise I have. I have lost 70 pounds. I have about 30 more to go to be at goal. Yesterday was 2 years in KETO for me and I'll never go back to a standard American diet. I stay keto today for how I feel and not what the scale says
