    Alabama needs to wake up. This is from the CDC website.... I know that Alabama was number 1 in the past, and slowly I think Alabama is waking up. Scale Back Alabama is a good place to start.

    Getting better, I'm certainly starting to get my eating under control. I've also started using trend weight as recently my fluctuations have been really large. Will add trending weight once I've actually added enough data points
