Not completely sure of today's weigh in as I'm using different scales staying with my Dad. I'm very happy with my progress so far but am feeling very impatient and know I have months of dieting ahead of me. Really worried I'll lose motivation and enthusiasm before I get to a healthy weight.

Alabama needs to wake up. This is from the CDC website.... I know that Alabama was number 1 in the past, and slowly I think Alabama is waking up. Scale Back Alabama is a good place to start.0 -

I am building muscle and I think that may have something to do with the slow progress, my clothes are fitting better and my body composition is changing. I'll have to see how the scale responds to the continued strength training.5 -

I kinda fell off the wagon last week and it shows. Looking at my log, some days I ate 500-800 Cal over my goal, but I've gotten myself back on track!! I've hit my cal and step goals everyday since Monday:))6 -

So not exactly unexpected. So as I said last week I was pretty sure that was a flux down and yep looking at the rest of my weights between then and now, it certainly was. However I'm definitely holding weight at the moment as I have been in deficit the last week, so I'm expecting lower than that come next week (tbh come tomorrow I'm expecting it to be lower). Also, I have been really not very well this week (and I'm still a little sniffly) so not really be worrying about the deficit/semi trying to maintain6 -

Going to be really honest and say this was my Wednesday morning weigh in and then I fell off the wagon hard Wed and Thur - haven't braved the scales yet so I'll claim the loss and keep my fingers crossed I can be good enough to claw it back to a loss or the very least a STS by next week!

Getting better, I'm certainly starting to get my eating under control. I've also started using trend weight as recently my fluctuations have been really large. Will add trending weight once I've actually added enough data points3
