    I don't post on my IG regarding Keto, but I do follow 3 groups (hashtags) which have a lot of awesome content: #ketoaf, #ketogenicdiet and #ketotransformation...

    @shelbydodgeguy I spoke too soon...I did my first keto hashtag last night...but it was chocolate and almond butter...can ya blame me!?! lol

    Thinking back I'm pretty sure I slipped in #ketogenicdiet in a post way back last year because I remember someone commenting on it. But with all the keto hate I tend not to talk about my lifestyle changes outside the family, doctors, and a few close friends. Plus I keep all my social media private and haven't posted on FB in nearly a year.

    I suppose I should drop my Insta if anyone is curious : jeremyllawson Profile is private and mostly random food pics, coffee, current reads, and the occasional doggo pic. I'm fairly boring. :p
