    No matter what happens today .... I am in the January winner's circle ! I don't intend to use a pass, but even if I did, it would only be #3

    ;);)>:) .... (can I carry it over to Feb 1 before it evaporates? I have a likely "intentional pass day" for Feb 1 that has been pre-planned since last November .... :D ) On the other hand .... with the 2 x 10-minute HIIT sessions I inaugurated this month, (earns 240 exercise calories in only 20 minutes!), I MIGHT be able to squeak through Feb 1 without using it .... at least it won't be a "not enough exercise day" despite going straight to my event from the office.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 30 minutes Concept 2 rowing machine, 60 minutes Pilates Mat and 2 hours strength training.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 2 x 10 minutes HIIT on the bike plus 22 minutes on the mini-trampoline ( had to keep it short and have an unexpected visit to a sick friend - but did enough
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - even with unplanned intake at friend's house
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - both the planned and pre-popped evening popcorn I took with me AND the 6 arrowroot cookies from her cupboard ....

    Officially finished with only 2 passes used this month! See y'all on the flip side! (and the new members too!)

    I finally went to work at 3:30 pm and worked until 10:30 pm. We have been closed for two days. Temperatures are rising and snow will be melting all weekend...weird weather

    Happy end of January and hopefully on to warmer temps and our good habits getting stronger.
