If you are new here....the Truth is that we focus on 3 healthy habits:
1) setting a calorie goal (that's your job, and you make your own rules. If you 'eat back' exercise calories, that's your choice. We don't tell you how to run your calorie plan)
2) use MFP; a food scale; and whatever other tools you wish to consume less calories than your goal
3) do exercise that raises your heart rate and do that for at least 20 minutes per day.
4) be accountable to us and we will be accountable to you by reporting into the UAC everday.
5) if you mess up and fail to do any one of the top 3 rules, then that is a Pass Day. You are allowed 3 Pass days per month to be able to qualify for the highly coveted and seldom attained Winner's Circle
6) Nobody gets kicked out and everyone is encouraged to have a long-term goal. If you actually "GET-IT!", then you will stick with the UAC team for a long time.

Exercised?: Yes - 47 minute Parkrun (fast walk). Managed to shave 3 minutes off my PB, yay!!

I had a good work out today and enjoyed a healthy green smoothie. I tracked it. So far so good. Thank you for the encouragement.7

The race is cancelled and to be completely honest I'm not so sorry because it's raining dogs and cats. This weather can be really tricky on a race bike and I do not want to risk another fall.
I did not give up my weekend off though as Monday is a public holiday in my town anyway so I drove down but instead of the bike to took my sup with me. And believe me, it's quite funny when you drive to a landlocked region with a stand up paddleboard on your car. Lol
Landlocked but there are quite a few great lakes, the one I'm going to train on tomorrow is where the national rowing team trains too, if that's not cool enough!!

Began the new improved high fibre eating plan to help with my Diverticulosis, even managed the Dr recommend 2 litre water intake, so a good day9 -
Oh dear. I’m going to have a pass day.
Did exercise. Walk for 1 hour. 1 hour hiit and circuit with 500 calorie burn.
Tracked all calories but went over my upper set amount.
Felt low. Tired and in need of extra calories today. Feel so bad.
Had yoghurt. Fruit. Honey. Homemade granola. Homemade almond flour muffin.
Then a chicken thigh spring roll and salad. Did so well was under but then ate nuts with a small amount of dark chocolate. But ate more nuts than I should. Maybe I just need to eat a normal amount of calories for a change as usually very strict.
Oh well back to calorie restriction tomorrow.
Plus a big calorie burn and long power walk.

Exercise- Saturday 7am power hour group training. This week was spinning and leg day. Followed up with hour of kick boxing and 15 minutes of abs.

yes x 3 today. Almost balmy (amazing how warm 40 feels when you are coming out of a sub-zero spell!). Great ride on Annie today plus got my planks, stretches, and balance exercises done at home. Planned day off from the gym.5
