Got my exercise in during the wee hours of the morning today. Will be a busy day with a concert at our regional music school in which our granddaughter is playing, followed by some grocery shopping and the Super Bowl. My boyfriend (hubby of 46 years) is a diehard Patriots fan having grown up near Boston. At least we know the team mates on both teams will be getting their exercise. Will check in with my personal stats for the day later this evening. Should be an interesting day...have a great Super Bowl Sunday everyone! Hugs to all and GO UAC TEAM!13

Tracking and Calories were fine but I came very close to taking a pass for lack of exercise. I was chained to my desk all day and just wanted to zone out on the couch this evening. I pulled up this screen and almost wrote pass but I stopped myself, got up did some squats and lunges. I bundled up and went for a brisk 30 minute walk.10 -

Yes.... I did over an hour of mall walking before stores opened, stayed within budget, and tracked everything I age and drank.7

Exercise: Yup! 3rd day of T25 done, 15 minutes of jogging in place here at the homestead. Jamming my favorite music of course!
Tracked: Sure thing. No Super bowl parties this year! Chilling at home, no beer, and no temptations.
Calories: Nailed it! Even under today so far. Might have a yogurt later this evening, but with my super filled fiber and chicken dinner coming up within the hour I might pass.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Today was my rest day, but I still went for a few walks and I'm ending the day with about 12,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and a tiny bit under. No Super Bowl party this year, so it was very easy to stay on track.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
