Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Today was my rest day, but I still went for a few walks and I'm ending the day with about 12,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and a tiny bit under. No Super Bowl party this year, so it was very easy to stay on track.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

Been a gloomy day, was supposed to race and did not, managed a 2h quiet sup paddle on a lake (flat water) and about 40 mins of rehab work. Oddly enough right now I'm in the same town where the original injury happened, I drove past the exact point too.
Ate freely and did not track. But, I must say it's getting better. Now to fix another physio appointment.6 -
Yes x3. Almost took a pass as I ended up with a headache this afternoon and really didn’t want to exercise. But didn’t want to use one up so early in the month if I didn’t have to... so I headed outside and did a bunch of shovelling and then warmed up with yoga.8
