Been a gloomy day, was supposed to race and did not, managed a 2h quiet sup paddle on a lake (flat water) and about 40 mins of rehab work. Oddly enough right now I'm in the same town where the original injury happened, I drove past the exact point too.
Ate freely and did not track. But, I must say it's getting better. Now to fix another physio appointment.6 -
Yes x3. Almost took a pass as I ended up with a headache this afternoon and really didn’t want to exercise. But didn’t want to use one up so early in the month if I didn’t have to... so I headed outside and did a bunch of shovelling and then warmed up with yoga.8

Planned Pass Day. I knew I would struggle for super bowl so I planned my pass day but didn't allow myself to get too crazy.
Exercise: Not unless you count 4 loads of laundry as a workout!
Calories: 400 over... Oreos and super bowl snacks got the best of me.

I'm still out of the country. I'm in Nicaragua and to survive you have to eat what is set in front of you. The food is tasty and lots of fresh fruit.. So enjoying that however to be fair I can't assign a calorie content. I have been getting plenty of exercise so that's a good thing.
It's nice to be with our daughter and son in law. They live here. Like I've been told we should have spent the last part of our trip in Costa Rica not vice versa. It's not terribly hot yet but dry and dusty.
