Calorie goal - Big fat NO! Had a big binge, but noticed I really didn't enjoy it. It was not worth it.

Exercised 20 minutes? Yes! I did it! I exercised on a Saturday!!! After my morning breakfast I went downstairs for 20 minutes of great exercise before getting into the shower. Big accomplishment for me. Then I spent the rest of the day preparing for our Superbowl party....active day.
