Pass Days exceeded …….only after 7 days.....how depressing.
Anyways, I'm still going to post to keep me in practice.
You all have taught me that it is ok to keep hanging out with you all
So, Exercise, No, only 10 minutes of stretching and squats. Still with an injured knee.
Stayed within calories? No, big fat no
Logged everything? Why yes I did That's how I know how far off I was. Great eyeopener! That's how I know how far off I was. Great eyeopener!

Ask KCJen (off-thread) how many she used her first month - she was going through the same learning curve last month you are now .... but she stayed with us all month, and is back again now and already well ahead of where she was this far into last month.
maybe as a personal goal, you can try to beat her "first-month record" ....3

This was pass day number 4 for me too! I'm still going to keep checking in, I know that it's helped me not go over by as many calories as I would have done otherwise.3

Keep at it! The true challenge here is the accountability ... coming back and reporting day after day, No Matter What ....
Anyone who makes it all the way to the end of the month, no matter HOW many passes used, wins the personal Challenge.2

 Yes x 3
Tracked all, walked 62 minutes, 11,500 steps, calories under by 151 even eating lunch out with a former colleague. I seem to have actually learned how to balance those times with my regular exercise & normal, healthier eating. Truly never thought that would happen.😀
My habits sustain me. #grateful Thank you UAC❣️3
