Happy Sunday to all!
Exercise : Yes! Walked the long way around the park, did some basic lap swimming and had a spa! Nice. My other usual rest dayWent with my husband it was nice quality time.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Was my rest day, but I cleaned the house for 90 minutes, so it was definitely an active rest day. Ending the day with more than 12,000 steps.
