This is a banana chia pudding recipe that I love. I make it on Sunday night and then I have breakfast for the next 3-4 days (I usually eat two servings/day). Also you don’t need a food processor or blender-the bananas are ripe so you can mash them up with a fork. You can add additional fruit on top or add almonds/walnuts as you like.
