we were told to bring lap tops and paperwork home in case of necessity of working from home if road impassible. Great. Unless (like me) your work isn't computer based.
But boss already knows and has given permission for my using a "use it or lose it" vacation day if needed.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 1 hour of Leg Day strength training (low squats and resistance for thighs, butt and hamstrings) this morning

Exercise? Yes, 30 minute walking. Feeling unmotivated with all the bad weather, but the next few days are supposed to be better. Hoping to even get a hike in later this week!

I thought this would be pass Day 1
And I don’t feel well with poor food choices at restaurant and coffee shop -not like me- still can’t figure out why...
However...I ate mindfully. I left lots of it. I tracked everything- generously.
And tonight I looked, fully prepared for a Pass, & I had a 61 calorie deficit & 50 minutes of walking/stairs.
But I don’t feel so good - high fat, sodium, low fiber, just ok fruit/veg... I’m going to eat nutritiously tomorrow because I WANT TO, not have to. Today reminded me of how I used to feel every day 3 years ago
Edited to add: Oh, AND the heartburn which I never have now, the mild headache, the queasy feeling... my body doesn’t like this stuff even if I like the taste. I’ll learn...I know I will.8 -

@MadisonMolly2017 I know just how you feel. A few times since starting this new way of eating I have planned a 'binge' on all my old favourite foods and alcohol and it was a real insight into how joyless it used to be. Since my last one a couple of weeks ago I have found it much easier to stick to the plan.4

I need to have a backup plan on the nights I study later for my class, so I am not making a drive-thru run. And it appears that if we eat hamburgers, that automatically means we eat McDonalds....why is this?? I need to change this.4 -

Pass Day
I still tracked everything, but there was no exercise and way too many calories. It wasn't a planned pass day. I think being snowed in just set off my hibernation mode. All I wanted was to stay under the blankets and snack. Ah well. I'm actually feeling so uncomfortable right now that I think this feeling will help get me back on track for Wednesday.1 -
