Tried new diet plan this week (lost 4lb in 5 days). Then had very little self control last night, gained back 2. I know some of it is water weight, but going back to a more moderate / sustainable plan.3 -
I think it’s been two years since I weighed in here and I’m at least ten pounds up. Up TWENTY from where I was most of my adult life. I kinda want to cry but instead I’ll post my weight and goals and start to focus.

Got a tape measure this week and took some measurements!! I'm 5lbs away from losing all the weight I've gained since coming to college (I'm a senior now), so I feel like I'll have to change things up soon.5
