Aaargh another pass day.
Went to uni and planned my food out perfectly but then spoiled it all by coming home and eating a load of snacks.
Loving all the NSVs. Mine is that before Christmas I had to buy new jeans because I was wearing my normal ones with the flies undone The other day I wore those old jeans to work all day and ate, sat down, moved about and they were perfectly comfortable (with the button done up and everything!!!)6 -

Celebrated Valentines Day today as hubby was a little under the weather Last night.
Deficit: 8 calories
Tracked every single item.
Exercised over 90 minutes - went out to take a photo of the sun shining through clouds-so gorgeous- and just kept going!! I highly recommend “Going on a cloud hunt!” Sung to the tune of “Going on a bear hunt!” The sky & clouds were so gorgeous! I got a number of photos to use as reference for a current painting.

My nsv this month was going to buy lunch randomly. Normally that would have sent me over the edge, dessert, then an afternoon treat, maybe lots of dinner too. This time, I got a small plate instead of a large (well regular...but that's pretty large) and managed to fit it into my goals.7 -
