Yesterday, when I signed in, there were 17 NSV posts that I found inspiring. I recommend that you look back at yesterday to be inspired too! Read everyone's posts, you will be glad that you did.

Date: February 16
Exercised?: Yes - 42 minute walk/jog Parkrun, plus 20 minutes casual stroll by the marina with my family.
Calories?: Yes - nicely under.
Tracked?: Yes - everything tracked.
I loved reading everyone's NSV's! It's important to remember that the number on the scale isn't everything. So many victories for each of us4 -
Exercise: 4h40 race bike ride, 100k but lots of climbing

Coach said he wouldn't give me any indications on what ride to do today, just "stay out and about until you have worked out frustration", it took a bit of time indeed. Lol
MRI done anyway, waiting for results now.4 -

I’m out of the circle this month but still on track. Of course I’ll keep checking in daily. I knew this weekend was going to be indulgent!7 -

All 3 today with very good choices. Even with a headache I did my hiit.8

Another NSV is that today I bought a regular, non-stretch Levi's jeans in a size 16. I was so thrilled that I didn't need to walk into the plus size section of the store at all. This dieting thing is actually working!!8 -

Excercised: Yes. T25, Jogging in place, Strength Training, and even got in walking around the mall in while looking for deals on exercise equipment.

Calories: Yes. Stayed within my calories eating back some exercise calories. Can't wait to get back to work tho. This layoff is killing my weight of +/- the same lb give or take. 😕3 -

Just been reading the nsv's, soooo lovely!
My nsv this month being to be able to not eat rubbish, fill up on good snacks, it worked til hubby bought me my fave Maltesers for v/d!
