My nsv this month was going to buy lunch randomly. Normally that would have sent me over the edge, dessert, then an afternoon treat, maybe lots of dinner too. This time, I got a small plate instead of a large (well regular...but that's pretty large) and managed to fit it into my goals.7 -

I did well on exercise. I have reported in mfp but slightly over my allowance so pass 2 today. Oh dear. Will need to be very careful now and very accountable. Lol3
