    I'm traveling in San Antonio, Texas to attend the Ranch Horse Show and Sale. I was so busy that I did not have time for lunch. That was good!!

    Excercised: Yes. T25, Jogging in place, Strength Training, and even got in walking around the mall in while looking for deals on exercise equipment.

    Calories: Yes. Stayed within my calories eating back some exercise calories. Can't wait to get back to work tho. This layoff is killing my weight of +/- the same lb give or take. 😕

    Exercise: Yes, walking around the airport while waiting for my plane and then walking along the beach path in Kapa’a,(Kauai) for 3 miles.
    Calories: at the top of my maintenance allowance.
    Tracking: Yes, there will be a lot of estimation for the next week but I’m still tracking while on my vacay.

    @susiejof Enjoy your vacation...all of us in the northern US, Canada, UK and any place where the temps are below freezing would love to be where you are! Perhaps you could post some images of the Kauai chickens. They are protected...and quite colorful.
