Excercised: Yes. T25, Jogging in place, Strength Training, and even got in walking around the mall in while looking for deals on exercise equipment.

Calories: Yes. Stayed within my calories eating back some exercise calories. Can't wait to get back to work tho. This layoff is killing my weight of +/- the same lb give or take. 😕3 -

I made swedish meatballs, lingonberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy last night, I was sure I'd be over on calories, but thought the "heck with it," I'll take a pass. Anyhow, when I did the calculations, I'm still under on calories. Eating 1/2 the calories for my Zumba class is really saving me. :-)5 -
