Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? That's a big NO. We went out to dinner. I ended up going over for the day, even over what would be maintenance BUT it's the first time that has happened since January 1, and I can average out the worst of the impact over the next few days. It was worth it, good dinner with family!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I did, though as always with a restaurant, the logging is always a bit of guesswork. Whether the calorie counts are 100% accurate, I did at least log and document everything I ate, and the portions.
Pass day 3 of 3 today. Good thing February is a short month!

Loving the pet pictures. We have family and friends with allergies so we don't have any pets.
Another frustrating day. Did a 4 mile run/walk and a short yoga session. Logged everything but ate far too much again. This time it was the alcohol and a delicious meal cooked by my in laws (followed by 10 biscuits when I got home ) I am really pushing the boundaries this week.
Weighed this morning (18th). I have put on half a pound since last week. That's a combo of bouncing back because I was ill last week and lost 4lbs, combined with 3 heavy days this week. Not the worst but I am going to set myself a mini accountability challenge to try and get into my own 'winner's circle' this week. A full week on plan, which will be the first one in Feb if it works.3 -
