    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes - 33 minutes on mini-trampoline plus 2 x 1 km trudge on snowy sidewalks PLUS another ~ 2 hrs shifting storage bins and boxes ... and we aren't quite done yet ....

    Tracked: Yes. Drank more water today then usual for some reason. Never ending thirst!

    Loving the pet pictures. We have family and friends with allergies so we don't have any pets.

    Another frustrating day. Did a 4 mile run/walk and a short yoga session. Logged everything but ate far too much again. This time it was the alcohol and a delicious meal cooked by my in laws (followed by 10 biscuits when I got home :( ) I am really pushing the boundaries this week.

    Weighed this morning (18th). I have put on half a pound since last week. That's a combo of bouncing back because I was ill last week and lost 4lbs, combined with 3 heavy days this week. Not the worst but I am going to set myself a mini accountability challenge to try and get into my own 'winner's circle' this week. A full week on plan, which will be the first one in Feb if it works.
