    It was an ok series. Trouble for me was a lot of the people featured all had something to sell, including the presenter.

    I personally didn't find them very meaty with research and a bit like an infomercial. Maybe it was due to the inclusion of Montel Williams and the multitude of infomercials he is on. Kind of in the same format as those Joel Fuhrman, Eat to Live infomercials played over and over on PBS.

    I didn't watch all.

    Some good info that helped me with a few things but I get where you all are coming from that each person had a book to sell etc. Guess its how they paid these people to put their name in it.
