Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Killer lifting session today, Stronglifts 5X5,workout B (new PR for each lift including hitting 100lbs on a deadlift, first time ever hitting a three digit weight!!!!)

I’m at a conference in Pittsburgh. Arrived at the hotel at 1:55 a.m this morning. My original scheduled arrival was to have been 7:30 p.m last night. Snow, ice and winds reduced the air travel through Chicago by more than 50%. I am grateful that I did get to my destination.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run and 35 minutes of strength (chest) this morning, plus a mile walk in the afternoon. Ending the day with almost 20,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, despite having a bit too much sugar -- was craving it a lot today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3 -
