 Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run and 35 minutes of strength (chest) this morning, plus a mile walk in the afternoon. Ending the day with almost 20,000 steps.
 Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, despite having a bit too much sugar -- was craving it a lot today.
 Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3

 Walked over 90 mins up mountain & a far way down beach & back with a friend I hadn’t seen for 30 Years!! As if we’d not missed a minute!!
