I really yo-yo'ed, this week, so I'm happy to show a week-to-week loss, today. I really need to cut-out the wine/beer, and stay away from unexpected meals (i.e., neighbors/friends bringing over food).

I’m feeling pretty good this week. I never thought I’d see 135 lbs again (last time I was pregnant) so this is pretty amazing. I’m just over 1/2 way towards my goal!

Shark week strikes again, glad though that even if it's only a small bit there's a loss on the scale. Hoping all the walking this weekend on my city break and not having a chance to boredom eat will help me along a bit.

I've been MIA for 2 weeks now, thinking that avoiding the scale and reality would somehow make my neglect for myself go away. Well, today I am back on track. I've completely undone all of the hard work I've put in, but I know where I'm slacking...on planning. Today I packed my lunch, and although it's not the best lunch, it is better than the fast food I've been eating for two weeks. I know I am capable of better, and starting today I am determined to prove that! Wishing all the best to you all!!

Valentine's dinner threw me off cause sometimes it's hard to log restaurant food and if I didn't finish it how much of it did I actually eat? I've made it a point to be under my calorie goal this week, but I went to a restaurant yesterday for one of my college organizations and the food was soooo good. I ended up eating wayy to much and felt terrible after. I'm gonna try to get some exercise in this weekend :))

I got down to 144.6 this week, then shark week happened and the chocolate and salt got the best of me. I'm proud of myself though that I stopped myself from eating cookies again last night (NSV). I am motivated and working on getting back to see that 144!!!

I've decided I need to change my expectations and mindset. 1lb per week loss is really good and it doesn't matter if it takes me 12 months instead of 6 to get to goal.

I've decided to start focusing on my fitness and strength training instead, weigh in only once a week and chill out about quick weight loss.

Next week I'll be starting with a new scale (the one I've been using has been so inconsistent) so I'll try not to freak out if its heavier.
