Arrived back from Prague on Monday, holding a little water weight, still though I'm at my highest weight in 18 months and I do not want to end up back how I was. I already am feeling that my clothes are getting tighter again.

I re-evaluated my goals yesterday to come up with a sustainable plan to start losing again properly.

I have changed both my scale and my weight time (now just before dinner previously first thing in morning). So I am comfortable with no change this week. Hopefully will start seeing losses again next week.

I've changed the time to suit the fact that my new scales are body analyser ones. I've done my fat, water and muscle % so will be interesting to see how they change.

Some small changes in inches but I still struggle to see any difference in photos. I'll just have to be patient.

Had to drive to London and back over the last couple of days so eating was tricky - I ate a lot more calories, which is fine but I'm struggling with hunger today which I haven't felt properly for aages.

I wouldn't pay too much mind to the results from Body Analysis scales, they are notoriously inaccurate particularly for women, as the impulse it sends into the body, doesn't travel through the whole body and women tend to carry more weight on the bottom half of their body.

This last week is the first week where my motivation and determination have just gone. I've been fighting some major cravings and urges to binge this week.

I suppose it's a little natural to be disappointed that there isn’t a 2lb weight loss, but given the week I had it’s actually amazing that it’s a 0.2lb loss.

I’m trying not to think too much into it. As hard as the battle inside my head was this week at least I didn’t give in to the cravings and have not put weight on.

I’m feeling better now than I did so looking forward for the upcoming week. I’ve got a PT session tonight and they always make me feel amazing. So hopefully I’m off to a great start.

    Lost this fortnight - 1.25lb
    Overall loss 31.25lb

Didn't brave the scales last week. Had a few days off over half term, went out to see Slash and Myles Kennedy so a few beers consumed, gave into hangover, had a birthday. All in all 1.25 over the 2 weeks with all of that in is ok with me.

Have a great weekend everyone :)

Really annoyed with myself for overeating all week and being depressed/ stressed out about the fact that I'm messing up and then eating more. Haven't worked out all week until today. Today I'm back. Pity party is over! Spring is coming!
