    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 40 minutes of strength training (Stronglifts 5X5 Workout A)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. under
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I will be signing up for March. Barring a disaster tomorrow or Thursday, I should make the Winner's Circle. This challenge has been really helpful for me - it has forced me to think about every single bite, and that has been informative and laid a good foundation habit. I look forward to building on it all in March!!

    Bonnie is right! It's encouraged to do a daily post, but we are all adults here. You are accountable first to yourself. We are your friends and team mates, so even if you skipped a day, you can post up to 3 days that have past.

    Exercise: easy day treadmill walking for 21 minutes
    Tracking; good
    Calories:surprisingly below my limit. Since Rose is in Arizona and I'm in Chicago, eating is not a social activity and thus, I eat less.
