Exercised?: Yes - 46 minute brisk walk around the lake. Then about 20 minutes chasing my daughter around the playground. Two year olds are fast!
Calories?: Yes - under target.

February will be 11/11 Winner’s Circles for me... I’m grateful to have found this group.
3 days to go. 3 Pass Days.
I will be in the Winner’s Circle. I must add I’m grateful for a shorter month This was a tough week, but I learned (again) that I’m committed & can turn it around.
I’m committed to the UAC goals, and to being in February’s Winner’s Circle, AND those commitments are insuring my success at this point.8 -

I had dental work done and just didn't feel up to being active.

Today is a pass day because I had no time to workout. I did lose 1.4 lbs this week, which made me very happy!! Bring on March!7

I will be signing up for March. Barring a disaster tomorrow or Thursday, I should make the Winner's Circle. This challenge has been really helpful for me - it has forced me to think about every single bite, and that has been informative and laid a good foundation habit. I look forward to building on it all in March!!4 -

Exercise? Yes, 40 minutes low impact aerobics. Today's virtual hike was along the shore of Palm Cove North Queensland Australia. Here's a photo of the coastline. Unfortunate that western NY doesn't look anything like this... at least I can travel, vicariously, through the lens of another!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 50 minutes of strength this morning (Leg Day -- all hamstrings, quads and glutes), plus a few treadmill walks this afternoon/evening to make sure I exceeded my 10,000 step goal.

Bonnie is right! It's encouraged to do a daily post, but we are all adults here. You are accountable first to yourself. We are your friends and team mates, so even if you skipped a day, you can post up to 3 days that have past.

Calories:surprisingly below my limit. Since Rose is in Arizona and I'm in Chicago, eating is not a social activity and thus, I eat less.4
