Work (and ran into the ex). My son's driver's exam and my aunt's funeral. Tv time then bed. PS. Stay off the roads in southern ohio because he passed!!

So my water experiment yesterday resulted in me dropping 2lb on the scale this morning. Bodies are weird...
Happy March everyone, less so for me as I’m starting to run out of days before I turn 30 my original Hope was to get out the 220s but I think that’s a bit too much. Instead I’m aiming to get below 225 if I can.4 -

** having some stomach issues this is not a healthy weight loss at the moment. Having some test done next week to find out what is going on. In the mean time im trying to figure out what foods are the cause of the issues. So far gluten is the *kitten*. Possible diagnosis Celiacs Disease. We shall see. 🤷♀️3 -
