Okay, time to fess up! 🤦🏼♀️
Last night after I posted here, in a moment of weakness, I had a some biscuits and cheese, which when I tracked them put me over my calorie allowance (including my exercise calories) for the day. I haven't done that in a while.
So I am using my first pass of the month.11 -

It is not quite how I intended to start March but I have taken my three pass days all at once. My older son and his wife came to visit us to share the news with us that my first grandchild is on its way. It was a special weekend and I set aside my time to devote to them. Now they have departed and I am focused back on my health and the the future.6

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No - night class ran late again and I was coughing alot on the way home ... fortunately this standing evening commitment ends at the end of this month
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No .... arrowroot cookies and no exercise ....
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Last minute change of pre-logged supper ... and then I had the afterclass cookies knowing I couldn't "make them up" so I didn't update the log yet.
Pass #1 (unintentional when I got up, but "intentionally chosen" before I got home from class)5 -

Oh, yes Mondays. Since I don't work full time (mostly retired). My Mondays serve as catch up days. Office work, household shopping, cleaning the car. Whatever needs to be done. Lately I've kept caught up so I'm on a mission to alleviate frustration by organizing every part of my life and scheduling my time to accomplish things so there's more time to do the things I love to do.. Amazing how much you can do when you stop procrastinating.

The downside of retirement is that it is soooo easy to procrastinate! I started making a daily 'to do' list ... not because there is anything particularly pressing, but BECAUSE there is nothing particularly pressing. I find I need something to keep me focused (particularly for things like cleaning, which would otherwise never get done unless company is coming ) Doing a little bit each day means that the bulk of my time every day can be spent on the things that I really want to be doing.5 -
