I’m really struggling with these first days of the shingles. I am tracking. I decided not to weigh in until I am off illness rest as to not drive myself batty. I’m eating my normal diet food choices but wanting the carb foods still. I think carefully when I feel hungry if I am eating for comfort - and I find I really feel like I need the energy. Maybe it is because I am sick and did have an infection. I’ll keep logging and paying attention to my body!
This illness is fast becoming a real learning experience.

Thinking of you. Be gentle with yourself. Just the fact that you are trying to be mindful under the circumstances is outstanding. I hope you can get through this quickly.5 -

Okay, time to fess up! 🤦🏼♀️
Last night after I posted here, in a moment of weakness, I had a some biscuits and cheese, which when I tracked them put me over my calorie allowance (including my exercise calories) for the day. I haven't done that in a while.
So I am using my first pass of the month.11 -
