Magic rolls

Does anyone else use this recipe? I'm a big fan (I use just the VWG, no reg flour). I'm curious if there are any pro-bakers out there that have modified this recipe maybe to make a loaf style bread instead of rolls?

This is interesting. I used a recipe with VWG to make some rolls-tasted FABULOUS, but very dense and tough. I might give this a toss with some almond flour.0

These are light and airy, almond flour might weigh them down. I use 1 c of vital wheat gluten, no other flour.1
