Pass day #1
Visiting family, and was surprised with an assortment of fancy cupcakes, great wine and local foods all special for my birthday. I definitely indulged, gotta accept that kind of hospitality when it comes your way worth every bite.3 -

It was our last Saturday in group training for this session so we went HARD. Stayed for 60 minute kickboxing after.
I’ve really surprised myself with what I’m physically capable of.
Twenty- four years ago I was an honors high school student with college credits who did not graduate. I had to get my GED because I refused to participate in gym. I was THAT insecure about my weight.
The fact that I am now in love with group exercise classes amazes me.
