Yesterday, Rose, took me to a desert hike with lots of spring flowers13 -

PASS DAY 1
Exercised?: Not really, just chasing my toddler around the playground occasionally.
Calories?: No - over indulged by almost 600 calories.
Tracked?: Yes - every bite tracked.
A somewhat intentional pass day... had a birthday party to attend so decided to take an exercise break today and just enjoy the party. I intended to have one piece of birthday cake, but that unintentionally turned into two pieces by the end of the day. Oops! Thoroughly delicious though9 -

Yes x 3. Exercise was lots of cleaning and tidying today. With a recently turned 3 year old in tow no tidying gets done quickly as she pretty much untidies faster than I can keep up. Ah well!

Pass day 3 for me. Sitting all day as a religious assembly and by the time I got home I just wanted a sub and to rest.
"Progress, not perfection." I knew this month would be busy and hard for me, but I'm absolutely staying in this challenge. It definitely keeps me accountable.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Today was the first day of hardcore gardening. I did four+ hours of shoveling, carrying, weeding, and planting. It was nice to get my exercise from functional activity after a long winter! Got all my early cool weather veggies seeded, too!
