The claims adjuster was at the house on Saturday. We'll do okay.
Interesting tidbit of info that we did not know. Our property is about 75% trees. Each tree has a monetary value and is covered under our policy for fire or lightning damage. But, not for snow.

Go figure, a lightning act of god event but not snow. So I suppose it's (s)no(w) use for that.0

yeah and here a broken pipe would be covered unless it floods your basement then if you don't have the rider your furnace, washer/dryer, furniture is gone and no $ to replace them. even if you have the rider you are limited to either 5k or 10K only.0
