I fell today. Cleaning off the table by my chair and turned and tripped on the laptop cord. Hit hard on my bad knee and the palm of my right hand. Painful, but still able to type and get the bike done, although slowed down to 16-17 mph.

Exercise: a very good workout. It was both cardio and Pilates today. I'm getting much stronger in the torso after 10 weeks of intentional effort to create a stronger core to support my old lumbar spine.3 -

@fitphoenix Great challenge of stairs at work!! I also have a work challenge group I participate in. Helps me to have double accountability. One of my goals is to walk our stairs without getting out of breath when I get to the top.
