    Long long day for me!
    I'm home just before midnight.
    Calories: way under my limit
    Tracking:on target
Exercise: a very good workout. It was both cardio and Pilates today. I'm getting much stronger in the torso after 10 weeks of intentional effort to create a stronger core to support my old lumbar spine.

    3 X’s Yes
I’m still struggling with this cold. 60 minutes yoga. I was well under on calories but managed to eat more today.
I think I’m turning the corner but it’s left me exhausted, with no voice and behind on work.

Calories? Yes, thanks to the exercise though
    Tracked? Yes

@RangerRickL I'm in for April and looking forward to it! Also, thanks for the example of strengthening our spine by working our core.

@jlbtnc Every time I see you have exercised to Richard Simmons I love it!! I have an old tape I like to pop in sometimes. He is so much fun!

@BonnieHosk85 So sorry you fell. Hope it's a short recovery time for you.

@fitphoenix Great challenge of stairs at work!! I also have a work challenge group I participate in. Helps me to have double accountability. One of my goals is to walk our stairs without getting out of breath when I get to the top.

@MadisonMolly2017 Glad your feeling good and back on track!

@lalabank …{{{Hugs}}} Hard to feel motivated with a cold. Don't let it throw ya!

Have a great Spring Day everyone!!

Thank you to your friend, Jessica, for creating the April challenge! I'm hoping life will be a little less hectic (fingers crossed) next month. Dad's PT will be only once a week!

    Date: Thur, 21st:
Pass Day #4: late on Wednesday night, I was lying in bed next to my husband, logging my mini challenge stats actually, when DH kindly asked me to take him to the hospital because he was having chest pain. We have been in the hospital ever since.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, I did allot of walking throughout the hospital from the ER to the parking lot to ICU to walking across the street to get my food instead of eating the cafeteria food
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, at the end of the day I was very much in my feelings and I was eating to eat(it numbed me)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes, my daily goal is 1200 a day and i went over by 1500, just a terrible day really.

Actually he really did have a heart attack, a mild one. They put a stent in the artery that was 95% blocked and and Im so thankful that it's over and he is doing very well. Thank you for the good mojo😊
