Wow! You lost a lot of weight in just two weeks! Can I please ask how many cals you are eating and some info on your exercise? Thank you in advance and GREAT JOB!

Weight yes, trendweight is going down about a half pound a week. I consider that my true loss. My actual weight fluctuates quite a bit. The first week of the month it was during my luteal phase, the second week I was bloated for my period, I just had my "whoosh" for losing the water weight.

My diary is public. I shoot for 2100, but I've been eating 1900-2100. I lift weights moderately heavily 3x a week, but I took a week off the first week of the month due to my 3 little kids being sick. I have 3 kids at home, so I'm fairly active. I'm still breastfeeding my youngest, which burns like 300 calories a day.

My eating has been weird in March, I'm also trying to eat meat-free for religious reasons. So my diet has been really dairy heavy.

    1st March 67.2kg

    15th March 66.1kg

    22nd March 66.0 kg

Not much movement this week, had a stressful week with job interview and I’ve got yet another cold.

Thank you for the mention @rianneonamission I’ve just had a few tough months with illnesses in our house, been making me feel exhausted, and work has been a really negative place recently.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply! I will start to track "trending weight" as well :) I, too, notice that I tend to have a "whoosh" around period time. So inspiring to see a mom of 3 working hard at her weight loss goals - keep rockin!!!

Thanks! I started using a weight trending app some time ago, it really helps. It helps me 1) not obsess about up days. I can watch that trend, see that data line, and know that a couple of days up are just that, a couple of days up. 2) it helps me recognize trends, like a 2-3 day spike at ovulation, a 3-4 day spike followed by a huge dip after my period, etc. 3) keeps me sane from getting super excited over a really low number too. Helps me keep my head in the game.

It's super useful. I use Libra, for android.

Okay. I am stuck at 120. But I am not terribly worried because I was stuck FOREVER at 127 and then again at 123. There must just be weights my body likes to sit at. I may miss my March goal by a pound, but since I am only four pounds away from my ultimate goal, I guess I can live with that! Plus, honestly, this is a perfectly fine weight for me. The remaining pounds are more of an "insurance policy" so I don't get any higher. Good luck to you all in the final week!

Was 156 all last week but up a little today, likely due to 10 miles yesterday (treadmill) and too many carbs. A little background: I twisted my ankle and broke my fibula just above the ankle Memorial Day 2018 (fell down the stairs carrying laundry - housework is dangerous!!) so wanted a long, slow running program so that I wouldn't go too fast & too long and hurt myself (again). Decided on a half marathon training program, which I wrap up this coming weekend with a full 13.1 mile run. Stuck with the treadmill for the training so that I had a softer surface to run on because my ankle bothered me more than the break. After finishing the graduation run next weekend, I'll switch to running outside with the dogs, probably 5-6 miles per day. I'm also going to work in some yoga.

I gave in to the eating - friend who was showing me around and who's place I crashed at loves to eat out and was doing his best to take me to his favorites....and I was a little too willing to enjoy all the foods.

So, as I roughly calculated, up a couple pounds as expected.

    Mar 13: 149.4 (Actual) 150.1 (Trend)
    Mar 20: No scale available
Mar 27: 151.2 (Actual) 150.4 (Trend) (I have a hate/hate relationship with the trend on my phone - ONE weigh in over and it bumps it up by .3 pounds, but 4 or 5 below won't budge it....)

Haven’t hit this months goal, but at least I am down from the beginning of the month.

Still suffering with a cold, and now I’ve got an ache in my hip, so hoping it’s not an injury

Made my goal, really reached my April goal as well (which would have been under 117lbs trend). I think for April I'll try to reach under 116lb trend, and then May under 115lbs. I think that is a little more conservative than I think it will go, but keeps me from stressing out about the occasional family meal or something. Slow and steady.

Well... I missed it by a tad, but I am pleased. As I said last week, this is a perfectly fine weight for me. The remaining pounds are more of an "insurance policy" so I stay below 120. The changes in my body are profound. Every single thing in my closet fits at this point -- so that is lots of fun going into spring! I think I will continue for two more pounds (mainly so I can make it to an even 20-pound loss!) Best wishes to everyone.
