Okay team, it's the weekend! Here at the UAC, we are focused on doing and sharing our own goals and thoughtful habits. Today, let's focus outward toward someone and say thank you to someone who is so very important to you now, or was so important at some time in the past.
Do this today and/or tomorrow. Not only will they be happy, you will feel cheerier too!
Love to each of you, Rick10 -
After you share with that special someone, please feel free to share about the experience.
I'm going to contact a friend named, Matt Z, who has been an important and positive influence in my life for the last 14 years.

I'm going to thank my husband for his unwavering support of me. This man has loved me no matter what size I've been and has never failed to encourage me every time I have tried to lose weight. He is my biggest cheerleader in life in general, but especially when I'm trying hard to accomplish something. So thankful for God bringing him into my life.8

Really tough kickboxing class this morning, felt good to work hard. Great on Calories.

Yes x3. 5km walk this morning on my own, a family walk in the afternoon and then an evening walk with some friends. Our spring temps are dropping below zero tomorrow so it was nice to enjoy the sunshine as much as possible today. These pics are from walks with the family only one week apart!

I'd also like to thank @RangerRickL who I take for granted. I realised writing in the april introductions that I joined my first UAC back in 2016. Over the years (!!!) there have been different regulars and people have come and gone and I've had the luxury of dipping in and out all thanks to Rick's consistency, reliability and making each challenge so supportive. You've improved the lives of so many Rick - thank you.
I'd also like to thank Jessica in your office who we've never met (unless she has a MFP alias) who sets the new months up.5 -
Well, Thank you to you all!!! Wouldn't be here without you!
