I'm late posting up the monthly "how's it going" thang... I was on vacation, helping my fiance move down in Texas... not much internet access and I dislike using the phone app...
As you tweak your diet, one of the areas to be very careful of is fruit juices. Not all juices are created equally but one thing is certain: you are far, far better off to consume fruit itself than to drink commercially prepared juice.
Aside from the reality that many juices end up being reconstituted and "fortified", the loss of fiber makes commercial juices a less healthy choice... and many juices are sweetened with sugar... In some cases so much so that you'd be better off drinking soda pop.
So eat your blueberries, don't drink 'em!!

I’ve been doing a dechox challenge to raise money for British heart foundation this month. I’ve surprised myself as to how little I’ve missed chocolate.
Hope u all had a great February? Xx2 -
