    Yes to all 3. Ran 5 miles this morning despite my horrible allergies. Logged everything and was under calories.

    I want to thank my amazing husband, who has been my coach, backbone and biggest supporter for my weight loss and fitness journey. And he is proud to call himself my 0.0 and is always at all of my running races. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in all things!

    Had a long post with yesterday's results along with my reply to Rick's challenge yesterday. Apparently I wasn't meant to post it. MFP went down....ughh....so,
