Great 45 minute HIIT class. Also walked and stood in three inch heels from 1-7pm which is definitely work.
Well under on calories even though we were at an event.
Many people I hadn’t seen since the Holidays or before so my weight loss was a hot topic. Tried to be brief because I can go on and on about it, when asked how I’m doing it. My answer is simple “hard work, I watch my calories and exercise... every day”4 -

10th Pass Day. This one was a mindset, intentional day, not to indulge or go crazy, just to not have to feel obligated. It was good.
Exercise: No, did a lot of unfinished items around the home. Beautiful day.
