Hi All,

As I and many of you have got past the initial phase of LC or keto and have moved into the "way of life" phase where things slow down and seeing changes isn't so obvious. I made a list so that I can track subtle changes in the months to come to keep me motivated and encouraged.

Do you have your own list?
Does anyone have an addition to my list?

Measurements
Weight
Bmi
Sleep quality
Clothing
General energy
Medical symptoms
Mood
Range of motion
Strength or stamina

Has great data. Just follow the requirements for it like fasting etc to get the best reading. Have one scheduled for next Sunday myself.

Under the medical symptoms category, probably TMI, but improved bowel movements, and NO MORE HEARTBURN!!! (I was NOT expecting a complete reversal of the heartburn!)

For me, it's pretty much all about the medical symptoms.

Are these going in the right direction?:
    Energy
    Focus
    Back/joint pain
Hunger/cravings (how much can I trust my cues?)
    Desire to be more active
    Sleep amount/quality
    Restlessness/anxiety
    Acne
    Stamina

My heartburn went away as well. That was a pleasant surprise.

That is great list. I hope that each one of those improves for you smiley

I do photos and measurements (bicep, quad, 5 torso measurements) and body fat (it's a cheap bioelectrical impedance scale, but it seems to be mostly consistent).
